Remark(s)

  • The first lecture will take place on Monday, October 26 (i.e., in the third lecturing week of the winter term). All organizational information on the lecture and its exercises will be given at the first appointment on October 26.
  • With regard to contents, the lecture is identical to the B-IT lecture "Data Communication and Internet Technology" which takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both lectures will progress according to the same schedule, i.e. the Monday and Wednesday lectures for "High Performance Networking" will cover the same topics as the Tuesday and Thursday lectures for "Data Communication and Internet Technology" in the same week. Both lectures are open to Uni Bonn Master students, Diploma students, and B-IT students. You can freely decide which appointment suits you better and even dynamically switch between the two lectures at your pleasure.
